When will my order arrive?

After you have placed your order, it will be processed immediately. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days. For more information, please see our Shipping Costs & Delivery Times.

Any potential customs duties or local taxes must be borne by the recipient.

How do I find a watch in the right size?

You can read through the specifications to find the size of the watch. Furthermore, a tool for adjusting the size is included in every box. This allows you to adjust the watch individually to fit your wrist.

What is included in the delivery?

Your watch comes in an individual wooden box with a unique grain. Inside the box, you will find a small instruction manual for setup, a tool for adjusting the strap size, and a watch cushion for storing your watch.

Is nickel used in the models?

We use stainless steel (316L) for our watches, which is almost completely nickel-free. Therefore, the watches are generally well-tolerated by allergy sufferers.

Which payment methods are available?

You can conveniently pay for your order with us using: Credit card, PayPal, Sofort, or invoice payment (Klarna).

How does purchasing on account work?

You have the option to settle a purchase on account with Klarna. From the date of shipment, you have 14 days to pay the invoice. This means that as soon as we ship your goods, you will receive an email from Klarna. All bank details are noted in this email. Please also check your other email folders (Junk / Spam). If you have further questions, you can always contact Klarna directly for assistance.

How do I set up my watch?

A small instruction manual is included in every wooden box. If your watch is not already running upon arrival, simply press the crown used for setting the time and the watch will start.

Are the watches water-resistant?

Our watches are generally not water-resistant. However, sweat and a little splash of water do not harm the wood. You should, however, remove the watch for sports, showering, bathing, or swimming.

How can I cancel a purchase?

Send us an email to cancel your order with us. Please include your order number, name, and address.

A return of goods that have already been delivered is only possible if the jewelry item is unworn.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

As soon as your return has arrived with us, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 10 days using the original payment method. If you ordered on account, our payment provider Klarna will be informed of the credit.
